Christmas Photo Craft - Gift Tags for Present Wrapping
My final post on ideas of things to do with your photos for Christmas is personalised gift tags. I don't know about you, but I have a mini-mountain of presents to wrap on the run up to the big day (a week to go, folks!!), with quite a big family and 2 kids to cater for. This year, I'm adding an extra touch with homemade gift tags using more of my printed photographs from Instagram.
I won't go through every detail of how I made my tags, as it's fairly self-explanatory from the photographs shown. I used basically the same materials that I'd previously used when making my baubles (you can check out that post here). I prepared a couple of templates (one for the tag shape, one to cut the photographs to size).
After cutting and sticking, I punched a hole on one side and used baker's twine/string to finish them off.
It takes a bit more effort to do these extra touches, but I now have my tags prepared so that I can get on with my wrapping. I like to do my wrapping in the evening once the kids are in bed, whilst watching a movie, trying to keep the Christmas preparations relaxed and as stress-free as possible! How do you do yours?
This is my last post on crafty ideas with your photographs in preparation for Christmas. Do let me know if this has been helpful for you or has prompted your own ideas.
