Sale on Small Business Saturday UK - 6th December 2014

For those of you who might not be aware, it's Small Business Saturday in the UK this week, on 6th December 2014.  I only found out about this a month or so ago and I just thought it was a really good idea and better suited than adopting American traditions of Black Friday, since we're in the UK and we don't have a Thanksgiving holiday!  Having a small business myself, I know the effort that goes into everything it takes to run a business and I love to support local small businesses as much as I can.

As for me, after my weekly Hanley parkrun in the morning, I'll be heading to Fulford Christmas Fair in the afternoon where my daughter, Jorja, will be dancing on stage with Bluebells Academy of Dancing and I'll be supporting some of my friends who have their own small businesses (Sweethearts Hair Design and Nailicious) and buying a few more Christmas gifts.  Then heading home for movie night and sorting any orders.
