Historical Family Photos - My Grandma

Continuing my regular look back at old family photos, here is this week's photo - 

I love this photograph.  My grandma looks stunning.  We think this was a studio photo that my grandma may have had taken to send to my grandad while he was serving in the army.  This wasn't during World War 2, but conscription was still in place and my grandad worked on radar development.  For whatever reason, I'm very glad that she had it taken and that we have this beautiful record of her in her younger days.
