My 365, A Year in Song and Project: Gratitude - February 2014
Well, February came and went in a whirlwind! I can't believe it's March already. Our family had a very busy month with birthdays, half-term and a dance show to prepare for and perform so no wonder I blinked and nearly missed it! Still managed to keep up with my projects though.
My 365
No missed days so far which is an achievement in itself, really. I love collecting them together and seeing them all in one image. Here are February's photos:-
A Year in Song - 52 Week Project
My weekly project with The Photographer Within continued in February with a share of one of my entries by The Photographer Within on Instagram, which is always encouraging! These are February's photos with the lyric underneath -

Project: Gratitude
Continuing to help me look at life in a positive frame of mind and remind myself of what I have to be grateful for. Here are the photos that I've shared with Project: Gratitude this month -
Grateful that she cares...I came home from my run yesterday to some birthday flowers that Jorja had selected for me after dragging her daddy to the shop to get them because the most important thing on her mind that morning, that she woke up planning, was to get me some flowers. I'm a lucky mum.
Grateful for time spent with family and for older cousins who give their time to help the younger ones.
Grateful that she chose to turn the TV off on Sunday morning in favour of painting, even though she then decided to open the paint tub with her teeth!
Grateful that the sun was out in blue skies today and no rain for once!
Grateful for our local library, from which we have borrowed literally hundreds of books and which we have visited every week pretty much their whole lives. I truly hope that we don't lose this wonderful resource in the course of our government's 'modernisation' plans and always appreciate our free access to printed literature.
And that wraps up last month and we're already over a week into March! Beautiful sunshiny blue sky day today and it's starting to feel like Spring! Check back for next month's projects update!
