Photography Projects 2014 - April

My 365 and A Year in Song - April 2014

It's high time that I posted my personal photo projects for last month, since we're already half way through May!  We had a wonderful holiday in Turkey in April, with plenty of opportunities to keep up with my projects.  Having said that, I had no Project: Gratitude entries.  Whilst I'm not surprised that one of my projects has slowed down, that particular one doesn't require regular posts, just as and when, so it may be something that I join in with again at some point.

My 365

There may have been a couple of photos posted to Instagram late for my daily photo project while we were on holiday (due to getting connected to the hotel wifi), but I still haven't missed a prompt so far this year.  This particular month will probably be one of my favourites this year, covering our holiday week.  You can follow my daily postings on Instagram here

Here are the photos from April:-

A Year in Song - 52 Week Project

I got a bit mixed up with the week numbers for this project this month, but having checked through and found I'd mis-filed one, I think I'm back on track now!  You'd think it would be easy to keep on top of!  I was a bit stuck with the 'red light' prompt, but that turned out to be probably my favourite of April which just goes to show that sometimes it's pushing yourself to come up with an idea that works better than playing it 'safe'.

Here are April's weeks, with the lyric underneath:-

That concludes April.  I'll try and be a bit more prompt with May's update!
